The 23rd St Armory holds historical significance as the home to the First Troop, which served as General Washington’s private security detail during the Revolutionary War. Today, the troop continues military drills and procedures, maintaining its status as the oldest troop in the military. When not used for military activities, the building hosts yearly events to fundraise for the troops.

Early entry for VIP and Uber VIP ticket holders allows them to access the event before the general admission crowd, providing a more exclusive experience. Typically, we will allow VIPs to enter the Armory approximately 45-60 minutes before the start time.
VIP bathrooms are exclusive facilities located in the basement of the building, reserved for VIP guests. Additionally, porta johns are available for all guests outside the building.

Guests can enjoy reserved seating from a seating chart, including selecting specific seats below and 2 liters of beer. Food served for four people, featuring a Meat and Cheese “Brotzeit” board with bread and pretzels, Schlachtplatte “Butcher’s Feast” with Whole Roast Chicken, Roast Pork, Assorted Wurst, Potato Salad, and Sauerkraut (vegetarian option available upon request). Additionally, there’s unlimited additional food, Schnapski Post Dinner Schnaps served on a ski for four people, VIP table service, and access to private bathrooms downstairs.

No, guests cannot leave the premises with alcohol or glassware. This policy ensures the safety and cleanliness of the neighborhood surrounding the event.
Armory Oktoberfest is a 21+ event, and no exceptions can be made.
There isn’t a designated driver discount. However, GA tickets are affordable, and designated drivers can purchase one and gift the included beer to a friend.
No, there is no coat or bag check available. We recommend traveling light to enhance your experience.

General admission porta potties bathrooms are located on the sidewalk of the street
General Admission tickets can be purchased at the door based on availability. The Saturday session generally sells out, so you should not assume availability for that session.
Pretzel, Sauerkraut, Potato Salad are all vegetarian. Also new this year we offer Veggie Spätzle German style pasta with cheese spinach and mushrooms.
